The cashback will be credited only to the bank account belonging to the customer who placed the order.
How much Cashback do I receive?
You will receive 100% of your jewellery order amount, which includes Diamond Value, Gold Value, and Making Charges.
Why is the GST not included in Cashback?
The GST tax must be paid to the Government of India; hence, it is excluded from cashback.
When will my Cashback start?
Your cashback will start from the same date of the next month following your purchase. For example, if you place your order on 24th January, your cashback will start on 24th February.
If I return the jewellery under 7-day Return Policy, will I receive the cashback?
If you return your jewellery within the 7-day return period, you’ll receive a full refund, but you won’t be eligible for the Sirius MMB Offer.
What will happen if I return the jewellery under Lifetime Buyback Policy (LTB)?
If you return your jewellery under Lifetime Buyback (LTB) Policy, there will be no deductions for cashback enjoyed. The LTB value will remain the same.
What will happen if I exchange the jewellery under Lifetime Exchange Policy (LTE)?
If you exchange your jewellery under Lifetime Exchange (LTE) Policy, there will be no deductions for cashback received. The LTE value will remain unchanged.
When will I get my Jewellery?
Your jewellery will be delivered as soon as possible, or within 2 weeks from your order date. There will be no hold like any gold scheme.
How do I know that I have received a cashback?
You will receive an email and SMS notification, as well as a confirmation from your bank.
Is the Gold real?
Yes, all gold jewellery is real and comes with BIS Hallmark certification.
Are the Diamonds real and natural?
Yes, all diamonds are 100% natural and certified by IGI or SGL Laboratories.
Is there any TDS applicable on Cashback?
Yes, if your cashback is ₹20,000 or more in a financial year, a 10% TDS will be deducted. You can claim it by filing your tax return.
